About this masterclass
In this live masterclass hosted by Arthur, Andrija, who runs a chatting agency with mostly Serbian chatters, explains how his team turns free trial (FTL) subscribers into high-LTV fans. He starts from the logic: an FTL sub has no card connected and arrives in browsing mode, so he needs far more effort than a paid or dating-app sub before a first PPV, and every system has to be built for its own traffic source and funnel.
The core of the session is filtering. Andrija shows how his chatters collect name, age, location and job indirectly before any sale, why reply count is a vanity metric, and why 40 or more messages without a sale means the filter or the warm-up is broken. He then walks through his FTL machine: welcome system with a follow-up message, heat tests, warm-up, personalized PPV captions, aftercare and re-engagement, locked chatter teams with a team leader, and per-chatter metrics.
The second half is an open Q&A: OnlyFans bios, ElevenLabs voice notes, feed PPVs, underpricing, commission-based chatter pay, 24/7 coverage from day one, chatting a trans model, and whether to learn chatting yourself or hire a chatting team.
Inside the masterclass
Scale smarter: transform engagement into long-term revenue.
52:42
A 52-minute live presentation followed by Q&A. Andrija compares FTL and paid subscribers, explains indirect qualification (name, age, location, job), filtering and the target message count before a first PPV, then details his FTL machine: welcome system and follow-up message, heat tests, warm-up, personalized PPV captions, aftercare, locked teams and chatter metrics. The Q&A covers bios, voice notes, pricing, chatter pay, shift coverage and trans models.
Explain why FTL subscribers behave differently from paid subscribers and why one universal chatting system does not exist
Set a rule that chatters learn a fan's name, age, location and job, asked indirectly, before placing the first PPV
Filter time wasters from potential spenders and use the message count to the first PPV (around 25 for FTL, 40 or more signals a problem) as a control metric
Structure a welcome sequence with a second follow-up message that pushes silent new subs to reply
Read buying readiness (reply speed, heat tests, the fan's own scenarios) before sending a PPV, and write personalized PPV captions
Organise aftercare and re-engagement shifts so whales are not burned after a big purchase
Run locked chatter teams with a team leader and track per-chatter metrics instead of reply volume
Avoid underpricing customs and exclusive offers, and plan 24/7 chatter coverage from the start

Beginner to intermediate level: the basics of FTL versus paid traffic are explained, then the session goes into operational detail
Andrija runs a chatting agency, which also offers full management, working with mostly Serbian chatters across all traffic sources and funnels. He says the agency has been active for about a year and a half and is doing seven figures, while he has been chatting himself for around three years. His approach rests on data tracking, filtering and small locked chatter teams.
Andrija explains that FTL subscribers usually have no card connected and click out of curiosity, while paid subscribers already invested to enter. FTL fans therefore need more effort, a softer and more playful tone, and real personal interest before they buy a first PPV.
His target is around 25 messages for FTL, against roughly 10 to 15 on dating-app traffic in his agency's experience. If chatters reach 40 or more messages without a sale, he considers the filter or the warm-up broken.
By collecting buying-power signals: name, age, location and job, asked indirectly rather than as a checklist, plus intent and reply speed. Andrija stresses that reply count means nothing and that the goal is to focus on the 5 to 10 percent of subs who will actually spend.
Aftercare is the follow-up after a fan has spent, without trying to sell again right away so he is not burned. In Andrija's agency it usually happens on the first shift (morning for US fans), with check-ins and memory callbacks that keep the relationship going.
Andrija says it depends on the setup and the chatters' nationality. He pays his own chatters on commission only, while noting that agencies with Filipino chatters often pay an hourly rate plus commission.
