A 33-minute recorded call in which Tim, business developer at OnlyMonster, walks Fanbase Accelerator through the latest updates to the OnlyMonster CRM, with a focus on its AI tools and what they change for agency owners, managers and chatters.
Tim starts with the message tracker, which lets managers watch all conversations in one place, and recaps the AI tools already in the CRM: purchasing power to spot whales before they spend, Chargeback Alert, AI messages, Magic Box and Fan Persona. He then presents Message Guard, an AI upgrade of restricted words that catches disguised words and understands risky messages semantically, with red and yellow lists, custom words and a whitelist.
The rest of the call covers mass messages sent to the priority folder from the cloud and scheduled by a manager, dynamic fan lists by subscription date, day-by-day traffic tracking per campaign and first-click attribution that stops one fan's spend from being counted on several tracking links, and online auto message campaigns split by purchasing power. Message Guard is OnlyMonster's seventh AI tool, an upgrade of restricted words. Tim explains that it blocks forbidden words and word combinations even when characters are used to disguise them, understands risky messages semantically, and logs blocked attempts so managers are notified.
According to Tim, regular OnlyFans mass messages land in the all folder, which fans rarely open, while priority messages are where fans read, reply and buy. OnlyMonster's priority mass messages send directly to that folder, can be scheduled from the cloud and target fans by subscription date or purchases.
Tim explains that when one fan clicks tracking links from Instagram, Reddit and X before subscribing, other CRMs can show their $1,000 of spend as $3,000 across three links. The new attribution option keeps only the first link clicked, so each fan's spend is counted once.
Tim mentions video tutorials for the chat interface and the managers interface, a support team available 24 hours a day, and a business development team that helps agencies onboard. He also offers help starting the free trial.
