Thibault first explains how AI OFM grew from face swapping into fully generated characters, and the trends he sees: faceless creators, face swap and hybrid accounts, with the US now Pykaso's largest user base after France and the UK. He then demonstrates the workflow inside the app: create an AI character, train it on 10 to 50 images, generate images with the Flux model for SFW and the SDXL PPV model for NSFW, use presets such as the amateur iPhone shot, fix the AI skin look with the skin upscaler, and animate an image with the video generator.
The last part reviews the business models he sees working (faceless creators, enhancing an existing creator, full AI characters built around a niche, hybrid clones of real creators) and answers questions on consistency without a real model, consent and rights to a face, hands and eyes, automation, lip-sync and the credit-based pricing. The current limit he names: long-form PPV video is not possible yet.

No. Thibault shows how to generate a first image, reuse the same prompt and seed in other scenes, then face swap and upscale until you have about 10 to 15 good images to train the character. He adds that training on photos of a real person gives the most realistic results.
In Pykaso, Flux is used for SFW content and SDXL PPV for NSFW content. Thibault explains that Flux can keep a slight AI skin texture, which the skin upscaler fixes, while SDXL PPV produces a more amateur look, especially on NSFW content.
Short clips, yes: Pykaso's video generator uses Kling and can produce clips of 5 to 10 seconds, best after upscaling the source image. Thibault states that long-form PPV videos are not possible with current video generation tools.
Yes. Thibault describes the hybrid approach: train a character on 10 to 15 images of your real model, then generate extra content or face swap existing content. He cites agencies that have already cloned their creators to produce content faster than photoshoots.
Pykaso works with credits called gems rather than a subscription. Thibault explains that payment processor issues made subscriptions unreliable, so users buy packs of gems and use them whenever they want. The session also mentions a 20% discount code.
