Nudge AI & Smart Fan Notes (Premium Pack)
Two Premium pack features. Nudge AI sends an AI-written message a few minutes after a fan logs in, based on the ongoing conversation, so it lands at the top of the inbox without using the hourly priority message limit. Smart fan notes fill automatically from conversations to ease handover to a human chatter.
