Privacy policy
Last updated 5 October 2026.
Fanbase Accelerator ("we", "us") runs fanbaseaccelerator.com, a free online academy for people working in OnlyFans management. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific on purpose.
Adults only
The academy is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: email address, and optionally your name, Telegram username, the kind of member you are (agency, creator, assistant, other) and your preferred language.
- Learning activity: which lessons you complete, and when you last visited, so your dashboard can show your progress.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and server logs that our hosting and video providers record to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Email delivery data: whether an academy email was sent or failed, and whether you unsubscribed.
We do not collect payment details: every course is free. If you created an account on our previous website, we moved your email, name and original sign-up date to this platform so you can sign in with the same email address.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: they keep you signed in, protect your session and remember the language you pick. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your data
- To create and secure your account and send your sign-in codes (needed to provide the service).
- To give you access to lessons and remember your progress (needed to provide the service).
- To keep the site secure and fix problems (our legitimate interest).
- To send academy news, new courses and occasional partner offers by email. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough to stop them.
Who processes your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the providers that run the academy:
- Supabase: Database and account sign-in (email code, optional Google). Data stored in the EU (Ireland).
- Vercel: Website hosting. Processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type to serve pages.
- Resend: Sends account emails (sign-in codes) and academy newsletters.
- Bunny.net: Streams lesson videos. Processes your IP address to deliver video.
- Google: Only if you choose to sign in with Google: confirms your identity and shares your email and name with us.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our members.
Partner tools and Telegram groups linked from this site are run by third parties. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our website.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and learning activity while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it, except for records we must keep by law. Server logs kept by our providers expire on their own schedule, usually within weeks.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to or restrict how we use it. You can update your name, Telegram username, member type and language from your dashboard at any time. For anything else, email us and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Access to member data is restricted at the database level, and sign-in uses one-time email codes rather than passwords. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell members by email.
