Doola Review 2026: Pricing, Pros, Cons, Who It Is For
Doola review for OnlyFans agencies and creators: US LLC formation, bookkeeping and tax filing, plans from $297/yr plus state fees, pros and cons.

Doola is a good fit for non-US agency owners and creators who want a US LLC with formation, bookkeeping and federal and state tax filing handled by one company. It starts at $297 a year plus state fees for formation only, and $1,999 a year plus state fees once tax filing is included. Verdict: practical, but check what is covered.
Disclosure: Doola is a Fanbase Accelerator (FBA) partner. FBA may earn a commission or receive a discount for members if you sign up through our links. This review lists the downsides too. The author, Riley, is Business Formation Specialist at Doola, so read this as a vendor-side view and compare it with other sources.
Doola is an online service that forms US companies (LLCs and C Corps) for founders around the world, then handles ongoing items such as the EIN, bookkeeping and tax filings. On its own site, Doola says it serves entrepreneurs in 175+ countries and does not require you to be a US citizen. Those customer numbers are Doola's own claims, not something FBA verified.
What is Doola and why do OnlyFans agencies use it?
Many agency owners and creators live outside the US but collect payouts in dollars. A US LLC can give them a US company, an EIN and access to US-style business banking. Doola packages these steps so you do not have to deal with a state filing, a registered agent and an accountant separately. For a deeper look at structures, read our guide on legal and tax setup for OnlyFans agencies.
In the FBA course LLC & US Tax Basics for OnlyFans Creators & Agencies, Riley walks through LLC, C Corp and S Corp basics, state choices and the Doola process. The second course, How to Set Up a US LLC for Agencies & Creators, goes deeper into accounting and tax filing. Both are free.
How much does Doola cost in 2026?
Doola publishes four plans, all billed annually. State fees are not included in the plan price: the pricing page says they vary by state and are paid to the state through Doola.
| Plan | Price | What the pricing page says it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $297/yr + state fees | US LLC or C Corp formation filed in 1 to 2 business days, EIN and a US business address |
| Pulse | $300/yr after a 30-day trial | Automated bookkeeping to track payouts and monitor expenses |
| Tax and Compliance | $1,999/yr + state fees | Everything in Starter plus federal (IRS) and state tax filing and a 1:1 tax consultation |
| Business-in-a-Box | $2,999/yr + state fees (a $329/mo option is also displayed) | Everything in Tax and Compliance plus monthly financial statements, synced bookkeeping and taxes, and estimated quarterly taxes |

Two points about this table. First, the jump from Starter ($297) to Tax and Compliance ($1,999) is large, because tax filing is where most of the cost sits. Second, the page also advertises a money-back guarantee: if there is an error in your formation caused by Doola, it refunds that portion. It does not promise a refund for other reasons.
In the FBA course, Riley says members who contact him by email or book a call get a discount on these plans. The amount is not stated in the course, so ask for it in writing before paying.
What does Doola actually do?
Only features shown on Doola's official site are listed here.
- Company formation: LLC or C Corp filings, EIN and an operating agreement, with a registered agent service listed on the site.
- Bookkeeping: track and categorize transactions, send invoices, download financial reports and connect several bank accounts.
- Tax filing: federal (IRS) and state tax filing on the higher plans, with a consultation with a licensed tax professional.
- Banking guidance: help opening a US business bank account. The site names Mercury as an example and says you need an international passport or US government ID for each founder or majority owner.
- Analytics and invoicing tools for online businesses.
The pages we read do not mention Form 5472 or ITIN services. That does not prove Doola cannot do them. It means you should ask before you buy (see below).
What tax rules should a non-US owner know?
This is general information, not legal or tax advice. A US LLC owned by one person is usually treated as a disregarded entity for US federal tax. For a foreign owner, the IRS instructions state that a foreign-owned US disregarded entity has no income tax return requirement as such, but it must file a pro forma Form 1120 with Form 5472 attached. The same instructions say a $25,000 penalty is assessed on a reporting corporation that fails to file Form 5472 when due (instructions revised December 2024). See the IRS instructions for Form 5472.
- State fees and annual report rules vary by state (Delaware, Wyoming, Florida and others differ), so the real first-year cost is not only the Doola plan.
- Owning a US LLC does not cancel tax duties in the country where you live. Your home-country rules still apply.
- Whether your income is "effectively connected" with the US, and how treaties apply, depends on your facts.
Talk to a qualified accountant or tax lawyer about your own situation before you rely on any structure. Our pillar article on OnlyFans agency legal and tax basics explains the options.
Pros of Doola
- Transparent plan prices published on the site, with state fees shown as a separate line.
- One provider for formation, EIN, bookkeeping and tax filing, which reduces hand-offs.
- Works with founders outside the US, which matches most OFM agencies.
- A formation-error refund promise is stated on the pricing page.
- A cheap entry point ($297/yr) if you only need the company and will use your own accountant.
- FBA members can ask for a discount through the course contact.
Cons and limits
- State fees are extra and vary, so your first-year bill is higher than the plan price.
- Annual billing: the plans are priced per year, so cash out at signup is larger than a monthly tool.
- Big price step between formation only and formation plus tax filing.
- Scope unclear on some items: Form 5472 and ITIN services are not listed on the pages we read. Ask which plan covers them.
- It is not a law firm or a full tax strategy. It does not choose your jurisdiction for you, draft your model or chatter contracts, or handle your home-country taxes.
- Banking is not guaranteed. Account opening depends on the bank and its own checks.
- Platform risk: your payout setup, ID checks and bank rules stay with OnlyFans and the bank, not with Doola.
- Vendor-written review: the author works at Doola, so the claims above come from the official site and the IRS, not from independent testing.
Who is Doola for, and who should skip it?
A good match:
- Non-US agency owners or creators who want a US LLC and ongoing compliance in one place.
- US-based agencies that want an LLC and bookkeeping to separate personal and business money.
- Teams with no in-house accountant who prefer a fixed annual price.
Probably skip it if:
- You need a structure in the UK, EU or UAE rather than the US. A local accountant or lawyer in that jurisdiction fits better.
- You already work with a US CPA and only need a filing, so a cheaper formation plan is enough.
- Your main need is contract drafting or a dispute with a model or agency.
Alternatives to Doola
- Other online formation services: similar bundles, compare price, scope and support.
- A local US filing agent plus a CPA: more steps, but you choose each professional.
- A legal and tax advisor for OFM: useful if your question is which country and structure to use before forming anything.
- Your own accountant at home: sometimes the cheapest route if your local structure already works.
