Best OnlyFans CRM and Agency Tools in 2026 (Compared)
Infloww, Supercreator, OnlyMonster, Creator Hero, OnlyChat AI and Fanvue compared: verified prices, best use cases and OnlyFans rule risks.

The best OnlyFans CRM for most agencies in 2026 is one of four: Infloww (the most widely used, $40 per creator), Creator Hero (built for large teams), OnlyMonster (deepest analytics, priced by earnings) or Supercreator (free entry plan, AI add-on). Pair it with an AI chatting tool only if you accept the OnlyFans rule risk.
An OnlyFans CRM is software that lets an agency run several creator accounts from one dashboard, giving chatters access without sharing passwords, tracking every fan's spend and notes, organizing the vault and attributing each sale to the chatter who closed it.

What does an OnlyFans CRM actually do?
Every serious CRM solves the same five problems an agency hits with its second chatter:
- Access without passwords. Chatters never see the creator's login, and access is cut in one click.
- Fan memory. Notes, spend history and lists, so the night shift knows who bought yesterday.
- Vault control. Chatters can send content but not download it.
- Sales attribution. Every PPV and tip tied to a chatter and a shift, so commission is fair.
- Mass messages and follow-ups. Segmented mass DMs and expired-fan re-engagement.
Tim is blunt about how close the leaders are:
"In the end, they are all similar, the design is different, the team is different, so you will not have the same support. [...] If you choose a CRM, it can be for the moment, for your team, but make sure you choose one for the long term. So make sure you are aligned with your vision."
Tim, in the How to Pick a CRM That Actually Grows Your OF Revenue course.
So choose on support speed, roadmap and pricing model, not a feature checklist: migrating 20 creators and their fan notes mid-year is painful.
The tools, one by one
Infloww: the default choice
Infloww is the CRM most often named first in agency comparisons, and its pricing is the simplest: a flat $40 per OnlyFans or Fansly profile per month, $50 for MYM and Fanvue. Its AI Copilot is still labeled beta. Infloww's own FAQ says no OnlyFans account managed through it has been banned. That is the vendor's claim, not an independent audit, so read it as a sales statement. Best fit: agencies that want a predictable bill.
Supercreator: cheapest way to start
Supercreator is the only major CRM with a real free plan (CRM Lite: multi-account desktop app, fan CRM, team access controls, basic analytics). Premium adds Message Copilot, a message library and chatter analytics for $15 per account. The Super AI tier ($99 per account plus 5% of AI net sales) adds automated bumps, expired-fan follow-ups and AI mass messaging. Above 20 accounts, pricing is custom. Best fit: solo creators and two-person teams.
OnlyMonster: analytics first
OnlyMonster (an FBA partner, listed on our tools page) prices each account by what it earns over 30 days, from $30 for accounts under $2,500 to $250 for accounts above $50k, with AI credits and proxies included. Tim notes in his course that agencies single it out for the most developed statistics: native OnlyFans stats blend new and returning fans, while it separates them so you can measure real acquisition. FBA runs a full free course on it: OnlyMonster CRM: The AI Redefining the Chatting Landscape.
Creator Hero: built for big chatting teams
Creator Hero charges $39.99 per creator per month plus a revenue-based fee capped at $260, so a single creator never costs more than $299.99 per month. The cap favors big accounts; the 7-day trial is short, so test with live chatters.
OnlyChat AI: AI chatting, with clear limits
OnlyChat AI (an FBA partner, listed on our tools page) is not a CRM: it is an AI chatter. You pay a monthly fee per creator plus a commission only on sales the AI makes ($20 + 10% on Pro, $70 + 10% on Premium, $20 + 15% on Telegram). It currently runs on OnlyFans and Telegram. Its strongest use case is Telegram; on OnlyFans, read the rules section below first. Greg covers setup and use cases in Unlock the Secrets of AI Chatting with OnlyChat.
Fanvue: the platform builds the tools itself
Fanvue (an FBA partner, listed on our tools page) takes a different route: instead of relying on third-party CRMs, it ships manager accounts (managers and invited chatters can message and post, but cannot touch payouts, email or password), built-in AI messaging, AI voice notes and calls, and a public API that agencies can wire into their own CRM or automation tools such as n8n and Make. You pay no tool fee, only the platform fee: 15% for the first 30 days after KYC, then 20%. On Fanvue, AI features are part of the platform rather than a gray area.
How much does an OnlyFans CRM cost an agency?
Per-seat prices hide the real difference, which is how each vendor scales. Here is the monthly bill for a five-creator agency where each creator earns $5,000 to $10,000 a month, using the official prices in the table above:
- Supercreator Premium: 5 x $15 = $75 per month.
- Infloww: 5 x $40 = $200 per month.
- OnlyMonster (Pro Scaling band): 5 x $50 = $250 per month.
- Creator Hero: at least 5 x $39.99 = $199.95, and at most 5 x $299.99 = $1,499.95, depending on where each creator falls in its revenue bands.
Next to chatter commission on $25,000 to $50,000 of revenue, that is a small line. AI tools (Super AI, OnlyChat AI) add a percentage of AI sales: model it against a human chatter's cost.
How to choose the right CRM for your agency
Team size and chatter count
- Solo creator or 1 to 2 accounts: start free (Supercreator CRM Lite) or on a single Infloww seat.
- 3 to 10 creators, 2 to 10 chatters: this is where attribution and per-chatter permissions pay for themselves. Infloww or OnlyMonster are the usual picks.
- 10+ creators, shift-based chatting team: look hard at Creator Hero, Supercreator's Big Agencies plan or OnlyMonster's analytics. Ask for volume pricing.
For the org chart and KPIs that sit around the tool, see how to scale an OnlyFans agency. If you are still at the setup stage, start with how to start an OnlyFans agency.
AI: copilot or autopilot?
Most CRMs now draft replies (Infloww's AI Copilot, Supercreator's Message Copilot, OnlyMonster's AI credits). A chatter reviews, edits and sends. Fully autonomous AI chatters are a separate category with a separate risk profile. Tim's view:
"The idea that I try to show you here is that A.I. tools are not aimed at replacing your chatters. You will still need a group of chatters."
Tim, in the How to Pick a CRM That Actually Grows Your OF Revenue course.
Use AI to speed up good chatters, trained first with chatting scripts that convert.
API, data export and compliance
- Data export: can you take fan notes and sales history with you if you leave?
- API: Fanvue has an official public API; ask OnlyFans CRM vendors what they expose.
- Audit logs: who saw and sent what, for disputes.
- Payment and contracts: who owns the CRM account, the agency or the creator? Write it into your management contract.
Is CRM automation against OnlyFans rules?
This is the question vendors answer loosely, so here is what the documents say. OnlyFans' Acceptable Use Policy tells users not to use "any automated program, tool or process (such as web crawlers, robots, bots, spiders, and automated scripts)" and not to share or transfer their account. OnlyFans' Community Guidelines FAQ, as quoted by an agency guide, answers the AI question directly: "You cannot use an AI chatbot to write chats or direct messages on OnlyFans." Reuters reported the same rule on 30 Jul 2024, while also showing that agencies use chatbots anyway.
What this means in practice:
- Lowest risk: a CRM used as a workspace (inbox, notes, vault, stats) with humans writing and sending every message. OnlyFans has never publicly endorsed any third-party CRM.
- Gray zone: AI drafts that a human edits and sends. Tolerated in practice, not explicitly approved.
- Highest risk: autonomous AI chatting on OnlyFans. It conflicts with the stated rule, and the penalty (suspension, frozen payouts) lands on the creator, not the vendor.
Two ethical lines on top of the rules: the creator must know and agree to every tool used on their account, and fans should never be misled in ways that break platform rules or consumer law.
The rest of the agency stack
Three other categories sit around the CRM:
- Link-in-bio: GetAllMyLinks (an FBA partner, listed on our tools page) offers a free plan with deep linking, Creator at $9 per month and Agency at $29 per month for 10 links with team management and analytics (official pricing, checked 6 Oct 2026).
- Leak protection: DMCA takedown services scan for stolen content and file removals. Noah's free DMCA leak protection masterclass explains what takedowns can and cannot do.
- Phone and device infrastructure: agencies running many social accounts for traffic need clean, dedicated devices so accounts are not linked together. ALI Remote (an FBA partner, listed on our tools page) rents real iPhones hosted in data-center pods that your team controls remotely. Pricing is not public (quote).
