About this course
This course, taught in French by Max, is a practical manual for running the chatting team of an OnlyFans management agency. It opens by separating the three roles (chatter, team leader, chatter manager) and defines the manager's three missions: guarantee chatting quality, make sure accounts are always covered, and keep the activity growing.
Max then compares the chatter profiles agencies actually hire. French chatters bring judgment, culture and deeper conversations but cost far more, are mostly available in the evening and leave quickly. Malagasy and Beninese chatters are loyal, available and affordable, but face internet and power cuts, are harder to pay and need close follow-up. He explains how to mix them and why a backup plan is mandatory.

Max is a French chat expert who set up his own chatting agency and works as its chatting manager, running high-volume chatting for a major French client that generates multiple six figures per month. He teaches from his daily work: Telegram groups that receive 200 to 300 messages a day, OnlyMonster as his CRM, and chatters recruited through channels such as Indeed. He also lists knowledge of the OFM industry, a managerial posture and interpersonal skills as the other essential skills.
Max compares both in detail. French chatters develop conversations better but expect around €1,200 to €2,000 a month, which he puts at 25 to 30 times what Malagasy or Beninese chatters expect. African chatters stay for years but suffer internet and power cuts, so you need backup chatters. He suggests mixing profiles across accounts, for example French chatters on your top account.
